In-home physical therapy brings care directly to your everyday environment, enhancing safety, comfort, and carryover into daily activities like walking, transfers, and balance.

Upon request, I provide documentation (superbill) for patients who wish to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No referral is required to begin physical therapy in New Jersey. New Jersey is a direct access state, which means patients can schedule an evaluation and start care without a prescription.
This allows you to begin therapy promptly and without delays, making the process simple and convenient.
Can I submit for insurance reimbursement?
Yes. After each session, you will receive the appropriate documentation (superbill) so you can submit for possible reimbursement if you wish

Insurance reimbursement is not always guaranteed, and clients are responsible for submitting claims to their insurance provider

**Please note: reimbursement for Medicare and Medicaid plans is not accepted.**

NeuroPoint Physical Therapy accepts cash, check, credit or debit cards, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service, and receipts are provided for your records. Cancellation fee applies.
