Laura Moriarty, PT, DPT, NCS, is a board-certified neurological physical therapist with over a decade of experience. She specializes in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation, helping patients recover from stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, vestibular dysfunction, balance disorders, and dizziness.
Laura earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University and spent eight years at NYU-Rusk Rehabilitation, building advanced expertise in neurological care. In 2020, she earned her Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) certification and actively contributes to research and professional education. She co-published the article Vestibular Physical Therapy Management of Patients with Idiopathic Peripheral Neuropathy and Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy: A Case Series (Vestibular Special Interest Group Newsletter, 2023), which was recognized as Vestibular Article of the Year, and has presented on multiple topics at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting and the International Vestibular Conference.
Laura’s passion is bringing therapy to patients’ homes, where she creates personalized programs that make a real difference in daily life. Her goal is simple: help each person regain confidence, function, and independence in the place that matters most—their own home.
